She is an expert in multi-sectoral institutional and human capacity building with 20 years of experience in an international network promoting and implementing knowledge management solutions in both high and low income countries. She was Director of international advanced technology projects in private sector and specialized in relational skills, collaborative approaches, training and motivating teams.

  She works for Universal Health Coverage and Health systems cluster at WHO Headquarter to address perspective to strengthen health systems and services to reach Universal Health Coverage. From 2003, with WHO Headquarter, she was a project and communication officer of EVIPNet (Evidence Informed Policy Network) at the Knowledge Ethic and Research Department designing and bringing to life its social network, particularly in African countries for helping policy-makers to make better decisions based on evidence and to establish sustainable partnerships and collaboration with others stakeholders (researchers, representatives of civil society, parliamentarians and media). She participated in 25 workshops on evidence informed policymaking (400 policy-makers and researchers were trained by EVIPNet programme) and she is trainer and use interactive pedagogical methods.

She has worked with the implementation of knowledge management and e-learning platforms for various WHO departments and country offices.

She had worked for the UNECE Sustainable Energy Division involved in the implementation of the UNDA Project on enhanced energy services for pro-poor areas through PPP in renewable energy and at the same time adviser to Economic Cooperation and Integration Division on establishing UNECE International PPP Specialist Centre of Excellence on Health in Manila, Philippines.

Previously in the private sector, she was Director of the Knowledge Management Department of Vivendi Universal Corporate in Paris to develop and promote an interactive intranet to establish synergies between business-units for all Vivendi Group subsidiaries. She was in charge of market study and analysis as well as evaluation of technological solutions to design international interactive knowledge management and e-learning platforms.

She has a Masters in Sciences on “Genie Physiologique” with specific expertise in Biology, Pharmacology, Physiology/Homeostasis and Computer Science at the Engineering School, University of Poitiers, France. She had finalized a Master in Public Health at the University of Geneva.
