Has founded the scientific school of creative and innovative law. Since 2005 supported projects in the sphere of innovations, intellectual property, technology transfer. In 2015 has defended the doctoral thesis devoted to the PPP in the sphere of innovations. For two years worked as a counselor to the Head of the Science, Innovations and Informatization Agency. Expert in the EU and USA projects.

In 2016 has founded a spin-off company begun on the National Law University, which is now specialized on informal education across the law, IT and creative industries.

In the space of two years ILTI has provided education services for around 400 people upon the IT-law, IT-security, Creative Law, Entrepreneurship and Hi-tech Law, as well as upon other interdisciplinary courses. ILTI also supports startups in IT and creative industries, provides consulting and business acceleration services.
