From December 2019 holds the position of Executive Director of Clear Energy, the Head of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine(2015-2019).
He is a professional in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy.
Significant experience on management positions in both business and state executive bodies of Ukraine (Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Naftogaz of Ukraine, NERC, TASGROUP).
Initiator of a number of successful projects and measures to ensure the energy independence of the state (ESCO-mechanism launched; reduced consumption of gas by 6 billion m3 per year to such categories of consumers as Teplocommunenergo, population, budget sphere; created and implemented a state program for co-financing of housing insulation, through which it was attracted 8 billion UAH of loans for housing insulation, etc.)
