Andrii has over ten years of professional experience of working with leading law firms. He primarily focuses on infrastructure projects in various industries, including oil & gas, electricity, waste treatment and management, agriculture and entertainment. Andrii regularly advises strategic investors and Ukrainian authorities on complex corporate and infrastructure local, foreign and multi-jurisdictional transactions, such as large privatization projects, public-private partnerships, production sharing and concession agreements, as well large private business acquisition and disposal deals.

Prior to joining the Baker McKenzie team in 2017, Andrii worked with the Corporate and M&A group of the Magic Circle law firm Clifford Chance in the Kyiv and London offices.

Andrii graduated in 2006 from Donetsk National University and holds a master’s degree in law. He also received in 2009 a master’s degree in law from Georgetown University Law Center (Washington D.C.)
