Nazim graduated from the Kazakh-Turkish University named Suleiman Demirel, specialty - Computer Engineer. In 2003, he graduated from the Cisco Academy. In 2006, he graduated from the Magistracy at the University of International Business with a degree in Management. In the 2018 have received MBA Maastricht School of Management (MSM).

Experience in Cisco over 14 years. During this time, he was engaged in technical support of projects in government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, oil and gas companies, financial sector organizations, organizations of the corporate, small and medium business segments.
