Before joining the Ministry Mikhail had 11 years of experience as a manager in major international projects, including for United Nations Mission Project Manager, Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and huge experience of multi-functional and multi-cultural teams coordinating (Aero Service Ltd.; Avia-Leasing LTD (Avicos Group) in Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo; West Niari Project; SOREMI SA (Gerald Metals Group), Mfouatti, Republic of the Congo; SOREMI SA (China National Gold & Gerald Metals Group) in Pointe Noire, Republic of the Congo).

Among of Mikhail’s responsibilities – Sustainable Development including achieving SDGs, Investment Policy, Public-Private Partnership, Economic Strategy and Macroeconomic Forecast, Intellectual Property, Innovations & Industrial parks, Tourism and Resorts. Professionally, Mr Titarchuk is a lawyer. He graduated National University of State Tax Service and got the Master degree.
