Dr. Leonid Danilevski is the First Deputy Director of the Institute of Housing - NIPTIS. He has an in-depth experience in research and practical development in the area of improving energy efficiency in buildings. He is one of the main developers of the regulatory documents of the Republic of Belarus concerning the energy indicators of buildings and their control. He is the author of more than 200 publications on energy efficiency in buildings. He participated in the implementation of UNDP/GEF projects "Energy-efficient design and construction of residential buildings" in Kazakhstan and “Energy efficiency in building” in Belarus as an expert on energy efficiency. He has a Physics degree from the Belarusian State University and a Doctor of Engineering degree.
