Yevheniy is an experienced manager and technology expert. In his background there is MSc CS degree of National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” (2004).

And prior to DEPS there were more then 10 years in software development business.

Since 2007, Yevheniy as a key member of DEPS, the leading Ukrainian telecommunication system integrator, was active participant of TV digitalization process in Ukraine.

All the biggest Ukrainian multi-service operators are using DTV, IPTV, OTT and optical fiber solutions inspired by Yevheniy and his team.

Yevheniy is specialized in telecommunication, TV technologies, IT and security. At this stage he is focused on the most challenging company venture – brand new Internet of Things portfolio.

This portfolio is to help Ukrainian society to step into the new Smart World.
