UNIMOT Capital Group - one of the largest private companies on the energy market in Poland. From March 2017 Unimot is listed on the main Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Adam is a member of the Executive Committee of the association AVIA International (since 2017), which manages over 3,150 petrol stations in Europe. He is also responsible for the development of the AVIA brand in Poland and Ukraine.

Adam is owner of PZL Sędziszów S.A. - a leading automotive filter manufacturer in Poland. Initiator of the establishment of the Polish Automotive Group PGM - the first Polish association of domestic automotive parts and components manufacturers, which aims to create conditions conducive to the development of the Polish automotive industry.

He is Executive Doctor of Business Administration at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. Personally interested in the subject of personal development and leadership. Since 2015 he has been a certified member of The John Maxwell International Team as a licensed coach, teacher and motivational speaker.
