In the 1st Expo - Congress “BUSINESS FOR SMART CITIES” took part 140 speakers from 30 countries, including:

legal expert, project manager, consultant and trainer

Specializes in local economic development, budgetary, social and regulatory policies, small and medium-sized businesses development. Since 2000 he has been engaged in consulting activities as an individual entrepreneur. Among his major clients - the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine, the Association of Ukrainian Cities, Center for International Private Entrepreneurship (USA), Conference Board of Canada (Canada), Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. (USA), Transtec Inc. (Belgium), Forum Syd and Sipu Int. (Sweden), Birks & Sinclair As. (UK), Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (Germany) and others.

Worked as a director, senior advisor and expert in a number of international technical assistance projects, including CIDA Local Economic Development of Ukraine and Capacity Building for Cost-Effective Urban Development Planning in Ukraine, Sida's Budget Reform and Technical Assistance Management Project, DFID Project “Promoting Social Services Reform in Ukraine”, USAID “Economic Development of Ukrainian Cities” and “Civic Action Network in Ukraine” projects, EU / EC Civil Society Building Projects stva "and" Civil Society Development in selected regions "and so on.

From January 1996 to August 2001 he headed the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Branch of the Voters' Committee of Ukraine. From May 2000 to July 2002 was the Chairman of the Board of the Non-Governmental Organization “Open Society” (Ivano-Frankivsk). From October 2000 to April 2002 - Director of Open Society Projects and Programs within the USAID Counterpart Partnership Project. Since June 2007 he has been the Chairman of the board and the head of projects of the consulting association “Center of Public Expertise” (Kyiv).

He was elected a deputy of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council (1998–2002). From May 2003 to March 2008 he was an adviser to the Mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk. In 2005, he held the position of Deputy Director of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Branch of the State Foundation for Youth Housing Assistance. From December 2006 to February 2007 he was engaged in the issues of development, investment, internal and innovation policy as Deputy Chairman of the Dniprovsky District State Administration in Kyiv.

He has participated in a number of international training programs in Poland (2000), the USA (2001), the State of Israel (2003), Sweden (2005), Canada (2010), Germany (2014), as well as specialized trainings for trainers- consultants (strategic planning, local economic development, SME development, etc.).
