Oleg is ideological founder of the Kharkiv school of architecture. The office is engaged in architecture and urban design. Over twenty years of its existence, the bureau has designed more than two hundred projects in Ukraine and abroad, of which several dozen have been realized. Among the most significant projects are Yaske (2004), Ave Plaza shopping center (2010, Kharkiv), Dalseong Citizen's Gymnasium sports complex in South Korea (1st prize at an international competition, 2014), Teatr na Podoli in Kyiv (2017).
