In the 1st Expo - Congress “BUSINESS FOR SMART CITIES” took part 140 speakers from 30 countries, including:- 26 representatives of international organizations (EBRD, IFC, Global Infrastructure Hub, UNECE, HABITAT, UN Global Compact),
- 49 representatives of public authorities,
- 65 representatives of private business.
In the framework of the 2nd Expo - Congress “BUSINESS FOR SMART CITIES” is is planned to invite international experts, regional leaders and heads of start-ups and multinational companies, the most successful projects and solutions for Smart Cities.

Lead AI developer, Gemeente Amsterdam & Universiteit van Amsterdam
Maarten Sukel is a Lead AI developer working for the City of Amsterdam and a researcher at the University of Amsterdam. His work includes creating Artificial Intelligence solutions that help increase livability of the city, which he tries to do as transparent and scalable as possible. Some examples of his work are machine learning applications that route over 250.000 service requests each year and a computer vision model that can help detecting garbage on the streets of the city."
